Whenever we talk about developing Industries somewhere the major problem is what type of raw material is available at that place. The kind of industry that can be developed in a particular state of the country is completely dependent upon what type of raw material is available in that particular state. Right now in India there are few popular industrial locations where there are large number of job opportunities but the same situation is not there in every part of the country. To make India 100% employed we need to create this situation in every state of the country.
We cannot set up similar types of industries in all the states of the country, this is also a big fact. To sort out this problem we can plan a very systematic approach. We must try to find out that what type of raw materials can be easily found in a particular state of the country. We can also try to find out that what type of food crop is grown in a particular state of the country which is completely dependent upon the weather condition of the a particular state. After that instead of focusing on developing similar types of industries we must try to develop product specific industries in a particular state. Suppose for example there is a particular state in the country where petroleum is not available. I must say that there is no need to develop any petroleum related industry over there. If there is a particular state where you think that software development cannot happen because the necessary input is difficult to get, please don't think about developing a software industry were there. Because what will you do after planning those Industries at that place where is practically not possible?
So just focus on developing industries in all the states of the country completely depending upon the types of raw material that you can easily find over there. Because of this industrial growth will be equal in all the states of the country and job opportunities for young graduates will also become equal in every state of the country. Now suppose somebody wants to do job in a different field that person can definitely go to different state according to his choice but at least his own state will also not be considered as a non job providing state, this is the scenario we want to establish. By following this pattern we will also have Industries related to different types of things.
This is also a possibility that professional colleges start new courses to make young students proficient in all the varieties of the subjects. And this is how we can ensure over all development in the country.
