You might or might not heard about this word. Office politics is one of the most level injustice done on a workplace to employees by company, collegues, superiors etc. It can be known or unknown.

When certain people team up and uses influence of their power and authority.

Also at some places low salary over works performed which kills dreams and ambitions of employees.

The reason can be anything . This can be classified into various categories

1. Salary level injustice

2. Peer pressure

3. Competition

4. Personal revenge

5.Replacement

6. Over work/long hours

Some of them do injustice on the basis of looks and the one who looks smart is given the priority. It demelish the intelligence of employme e by encourging outer basis judgement by judgemental mindset of the modern day system which is unethical.


1.Salary level injustice

Inspite of doing hard work employees didn't get proper treatment and earning of their it shows poor ways of behavior with them. They eat hard earn of employees making them slaves. It's demonstration of slavery in reputed firms.

Even if someone raises the voice either their voices are shuted down or they are demoted.


2.Peer pressure

It may includes doing favours. Being part of parties doing unethical things, taking addictions. Night engaging , pubs lifestyle, Alcohol or many more things. The one doesn't involve is being outcasted.


3.Competion

As we all know work pressure and race of getting on the top is common. The one who has quality, skill at the most will be priorities. So it make a tough competition ultimately giving a way to office politics.


4.Personal Revenge

It can be through Gossiping, negative commenting on the verge of taking personal revenge at professional ground. Jealousy can be the main cause of it. Sometimes someone's talent, dressing, smartness, skills or looks builts envy to other's. It's a part of office politics teaming up against a particular person.


5.Replacement

Replacing an employee while getting another for same position on a low salary basis is quite common in multinational companies.


6.over work/long hours

Sometimes superiors and manager pressure employees by giving working loads or extra to do and extending hours which is injustice.

The best u can do is setting boundries and limits with terms and conditions.
